Niharika Shukla is stated that she is major and has refused to go with petitioner no. 2 Sudhakar. In view of the above, the petitioner no. 1 Smt. Niharika Shukla (corpus) is not illegally detained by the respondent nos. 4 and 5. The present Habeas Corpus Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
