JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Ms. Richa Lal, Advocate For the State : Mrs. Bandana Sinha, A.P.P. --- 03/30.07.2025 Heard the parties. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka (T) P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka. During the intervening night of 30/31.07.2023, unknown thieves committed theft of the Scorpio of the informant, which was parked outside Bada Bandh.
