1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer:
“ It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to allow this petition and direct the State Authorities to RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI
2 register FIR against the proposed accused persons and further direct the state to proceed as per law against the accused persons, in the interest of justice. This Hon’ble Court be further pleased to pass such other orders in favor of the petitioner as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case. ”
2. It transpires from the records that the FIR has already been lodged on 15.02.2024, hence, the instant petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
