Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the Up-Ziladhikari (Judicial), Bansdih, District- Balia (Respondent No. 2) in case No. 02555/2020, Computerisation Case No. T202015090602555, Satyanand Vs. Nagar Panchayat under Section 209(h), U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (Annexure No. 1 to this Writ Petition) by which the Respondent no. 2 allowed the restoration application no. 18 and set aside the order dated 18.07.2014 and vacate the stay order dated 25.11.2013; (II) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to Respondent No. 3 to 11 to not create third party right and stay and vacate the operation of the order dated 24.02.2025 passed by Up-Ziladhikari, Bansdih, Balia till the pendency of this writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law. 6.
