SRK, J WP No.29991 of 2025 3 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 12.09.2025 against the order passed by 2nd respondent vide ROC.No.M4/445566/2023, dated 21.08.2025. 2.
Case of petitioner is that the marriage of one Bommithi Vara Prasad with the daughter of the petitioner was held on 14.10.2004 as per the customs under the Christian Marriage Act which manifests the fact of the marriage under Christian law and it is enough to prove the fact that marriage of that Bommithi Vara Prasad was held under Christian Marriage Act and it is also sufficient to prove the fact of worship and professing of Christianity by Bommithi Vara Prasad, which obliterates his SC Mala Caste. In the order of 2nd respondent dated 21.08.2025, considerations carried on sentiments rather than law. It is further stated that after receipt of the order of 2nd respondent dated 21.08.2025, petitioner filed an appeal on 12.09.2025 along with documents before 1st respondent. Till date, no orders have been passed pertaining to the appeal preferred by petitioner before 1st respondent. Aggrieved by not disposing of the appeal filed by petitioner, the present Writ Petition is being filed. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Social Welfare and Revenue. 4. Since the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending consideration before 1st respondent, without going into the merits of the case, 1st respondent herein is directed to dispose of the
