Date of birth of corpus is 07.07.2008, which has been confirmed by counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Advocate. (2 of 2) [HC-59/2025] We have interaction with the corpus and she has stated before us that she does not want go with her father (petitioner). Since the corpus is below 18 years of age, we direct the concerned SHO to admit the corpus in Rajkiya Balika Gruh, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur today itself. In that view of the matter, the habeas corpus stands disposed of.
