Ankit Kumar, Advocate For the State : M/s. Gautam Rakesh, A.P.P --- 02/13.02.2025 Heard the Parties. Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Deoghar Town P.S. Case No. 630 of 2024, registered under Sections 331(4), 305 (a) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Deoghar. Between the period of 08.10.2024 to 19.10.2024, theft was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown thieves took away jewelries and other valuables from there. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has also confessed his guilt. It was further submitted that the petitioner is accused in as many as five cases of similar nature. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the fact that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Town P.S.
