This application has been filed praying for correction of the order dated 09.09.2024, passed by this Court in criminal petition No.58(AP)/2023. In the above said order, it was directed that further proceedings of G.R. Case No. 87/2022, arising out of Kamba P.S. Case No.07/2022 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Civil Judge (Sr. Division) West Siang District, Aalo shall remain stayed. Mr. A. K. Purkayastha, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the case is actually pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, West Siang District, Aalo. After hearing both the side, the correction is made, accordingly.
