Kapil, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner may be granted some time for preparation of evidence-in-affidavit of the petitioner and other witnesses. Therefore, prays for 4 (four) weeks time. 4. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the prayer not being objected to by the learned counsel for the opposite party/respondent, I deem it appropriate to grant 4 (four) weeks time to file evidence- in-affidavit of the petitioner as well as the other witnesses. 5.
