As the matter is being disposed of without going into the merits of the case, the notice to respondent is deemed not necessary. 2) On consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel or the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner, who is the plaintiff in O.S.No.118 of 2021, on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge at Sathyavedu, is that the said suit has not been disposed of, though more than four years have gone by. As seen from the copies of the case status, it appears that the matter is being adjourned from August, 2023 onwards and some Interlocutory Applications are pending. Though no specific information / particulars with reference to the Interlocutory Applications is forthcoming, this Court, in the light of the relief sought for, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition, providing that the learned Trial Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Interlocutory Applications or the main suit itself, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight (08) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 3) With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
