ORDER:
The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to release the ASHOK LEYLAND Van, Vehicle No.AP- 03-TE-7925 which was seized on 10.08.2025 in connection to the Crime No.185 of 2025 on the file of Kasimkota Police Station, Anakapalli District.
2. Heard Sri Anasuri Eswar Sai, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be
disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his matter before the concerned Magistrate Court for return of his vehicle relating to Crime No.185 of 2025 on the file of Kasimkota Police Station, Anakapalli District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 106(1), 125(a) of BNS and Section 196 of M.V.Act.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.
5. Recording the same, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedies before the concerned Magistrate Court.
