1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner for notional promotion to the post of Assistant Revenue Inspector w.e.f. 26.04.1997 when his junior was promoted.
2 10.2 That, the Hon’ble court be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to take decision over the representation of petitioner dated 25.04.2022 (Annexure P-6) and also over the representation dated 21.12.2010 (AnnexureP-4) 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant consequential benefit alongwith notional promotion. 10.4 That, this Ho’ble court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that for 22 years the petitioner worked with respondent No. 2 and still was not afforded any promotion rather in the year 2006, his juniors were promoted. He also submits that the petitioner made a representation in the year 2010 and retired in the year 2012 without there being any order on his representation therefore, the instant writ petition has been filed.
3. Per contra, learned counsel for both the respondents would submit that this writ petition is highly belated stage and similar nature of other petitions have been filed which were decided and dismissed by this Court in WPS No. 1857 of 2022 vide order dated 23.02.2022 on the ground of delay and the same
order was also upheld by the Division Bench of this Court in WA 285 of 2025 vide order dated 14.06.2022.
4. In view of the above, this Writ petition is dismissed in light of the orders passed in WPS No. 1857 of 2022 dated 23.02.2022 and WA No. 285 of 2022 dated 14.06.2022. Sd/- (Sachin Singh Rajput)
