Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that he is under instruction not to press this petition in
order to approach competent authorities under the ‘Legacy Scheme’ floated by the State Government. He further submits that he has already applied under the said scheme.
2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, dismissal of this petition shall have no bearing on the case of the petitioner under the ‘Legacy Scheme’.
