Heard Sri T.Manoj Kumar, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the pension has been restored to the petitioner, as such, nothing remains for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
