ORAL ORDER
This appeal is preferred by the legal representatives of the defendant No.1 assailing the judgment and decree dated 12.02.2024 in RA No.57/2013 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Ranebennur, dismissing the appeal and confirming the judgment and decree dated 02.01.2010 in OS No.380/2008 on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Jr. Dn.) and I Additional JMFC, Ranebennur, decreeing the suit of the plaintiffs.
2. It is submitted by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties that, the parties have settled the matter in terms of compromise petition filed today.
3. Parties are present before the Court and they were identified by through their learned counsels.
4. It is submitted by the parties that, issue has been resolved as per the compromise petition filed before this Court today and also submitted that, there is no force or undue influence in entering into the compromise petition.

5. On careful examination of the compromise petition, the interest of the appellant No.5 – Shreya represented by her mother appellant No.1 herein has been taken care of. Certificate with regard to the same is filed by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants.
6. In that view of the matter, the judgment and decree passed by the Courts below is modified in terms of the compromise petition and Registry is directed to draw the decree in terms of the compromise petition.
