Heard Sri Surya Chaitanya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.88 of 2025 under Sections 85, 351(2) read with 3(5) of B.N.S. and Sections 3 and 4 of D.P. Act of Mahila Police Station, Kurnool and a counter case was also been registered against the unofficial respondent Nos.9 to 12 in Crime No.89 of 2025 under Sections 126, 351(2) read with 3(5) BNS of Mahila Police Station, Kurnool. 4. Recording the said submission made by Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crimes which are registered against the petitioner as well as unofficial respondent Nos.9 to 12. There shall be no order as to costs.
