The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 3, 12(5) and 11 of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022 with a prayer to direct the respondents to grant parole to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation/application dated 06.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) to the Superintendent of District Jail, Karnal -respondent No.4 and he shall be satisfied at this stage, if directions are issued to respondent No.2 to look into the matter and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law. 3.
