GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting the investigation in C.F.R.No.400 of 2021 referred by the Hon'ble Junior Civil Judge Court, Vinukonda on 19.3.2021 under Dis No.253/2021 is bad, highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct the investigation in report in C.F.R.No.400 of 2021 referred by the Hon'ble Junior Civil Judge Court, Vinukonda on 19.3.2021 in Dis.No.253/2021.” 2 2. Heard Sri K.Joseph, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that they filed a private complaint before the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Vinukonda which was referred to the Police for registration of the Crime and investigation vide CFR 400/2021, dated 19.03.2021 in Dis.No.253/2021. Learned counsel would further submit that, despite the same, Police have not registered the crime. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that, on verification of the records and registers of Vinukonda Police Station, they could not trace out the CFR 400/2021, which was referred by the Court. 5. Record the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police to look into the record and take appropriate steps. The learned Junior Civil Judge, Vinukonda is directed to call for the record from the Police to know the status of CFR 400/2021 in Dis.No.253/2021. There shall be no order as to costs.
