Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:67878 Court No. - 6 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 55376 of 2017 Petitioner :- Smt. Darakshan Firdaus Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Afshan Shafaut,Niyaz Ahmad Khan(Senior Adv.),Sikandar Azam Lari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mohammad Ali Ausaf,Shiv Lal Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J.
1. Heard Sri Sikandar Azam Lari, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.
2. Petitioner has not come up before this Court disclosing all relevant facts, such as when she was first time appointed. No document was placed on record in support of a vague averment that she was appointed in the year 2005.
3. A reference of a document, after Madarsa was accorded Grant- in-Aid, shows that petitioner was appointed in the year 2013.
4. Learned counsel for petitioner in absence of relevant document is not able to assist the Court, however, considering crux of matter that in case petitioner was qualified that she has B.A. degree also, probably, she may not be declared not qualified, therefore, a last opportunity is granted to petitioner to file a detailed representation disclosing all relevant documents and in case it is filed within 4 weeks, concerned respondents will re-look into matter to consider whether her appointment was based only on basis of her intermediate mark-sheet or it was based on her B.A. degree also.
5. Writ petition stands disposed of with above observations. Order Date :- 30.4.2025 Sinha_N. Digitally signed by :- NIRMAL SINHA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
