1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner along with other persons had approached this Court earlier by way of filing S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 15215/2024 but the same was not pressed by them seeking
(2 of 2) [CW-1575/2025] liberty to approach the authority concerned for redressal of their grievance. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid petition was decided by this Court vide order dated 07.10.2024 by granting the aforesaid liberty. Counsel submits that in pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner approached the authority concerned by way of filing three different representations but instead of deciding the same, reasons have been made to defer the matter from one date to another and the said representations submitted by the petitioner have not been decided by them by passing a reasoned order. Counsel submits that appropriate direction be issued to the authority concerned to decide the same expeditiously within a time frame. 3. Considering the limited prayer by made by counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed with directions to the respondents to decide the representations (pending, if any) submitted by the petitioner expeditiously as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, after hearing the stand of all the aggrieved persons. 4.
Needless to observe that this Court has not issued any order or direction to the respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner in a particular way, the respondents would be at liberty to decide the same strictly in accordance with law, after taking the stand of each and every aggrieved person.
