The Court made the following ORDER:
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s existing Social Status Certificate issued by the competent authority, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct 5th respondent to permit the petitioner to continue her studies without insisting for fresh Social Status Certificate. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
