ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandam Petitioners declaring the action of the respondent no. 4 and 5 in interfeing into the civil disputes pending between respondent no.6 to 10 in favor of respondent no.6 to 10 by way of summoning the petitioner to 4th respondent police station under the guise of investigation in Cr.No.200/2023 dated 19-08-2023 without even issuing a notice to petitioner as illegal,arbitrary, unconstitutional and article 14, 21 of constitution of India and is also a clear perjury commited on the face of this Hon'ble Court by giving false information in Wp.No.13854 of 2023 order dated 21-06-2023 and consequently direct respondent no.4 and 5 to not to interfere into the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent no.6 to 10 and to pass...…”
2. Heard Ms Pillix Law Firm, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the guise of investigation police are calling the petitioner to the police station without issuing a notice to the petitioner and police are harassing the petitioner without causing any reason.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit
that petitioner was called to the police station relating to the investigation in Cr.No.200 of 2023.
5. Recorded the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law to secure the presence of the petitioner for the sake of investigation. There shall be no order as to costs.
