Petitioner through the medium of this petition filed under section 528 Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita and section 482 CrPC seeks quashment of FIR No. 0211/2023 registered at the instance of respondent no. 1 for the commission of offences punishable under Section 458, 323, 504 and 147 IPC registered with Police Station, Rajouri, on 05.05.2023. 02. Status report has been filed by Inspector Abid Hussain Shah, SHO Police Station, Rajouri stating that the investigation was carried out and since main accused-Rehmatullah had died and offences against other persons have not been proved and the instant case has been finally closed as not admitted. 03. In view of the fact that the case has not been admitted after being duly investigated, the petition on hand has been rendered infructuous. The Serial No. 72 petition is thus disposed of, accordingly, alongwith connected application(s). 04. Interim direction, if any, shall stand revoked.
