By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“That the respondents may be directed to comply the eviction order issued by the respondents authorities and come to eviction proceeding to its logical end in the interest of justice and fair play.”

Incidentally, the alleged encroachers are not party respondents in the writ petition and no endeavor has been made by the petitioner to implead them, as such, despite the fact that the petition is pending since the year 2018.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, as prayed for, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner approaches the appropriate Authorities with regard to the issues raised in this petition, then, appropriate order be passed thereupon after hearing all the parties. Miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
