ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....
to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering in a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents nos.3 to 6 without following due process of law as being arbitrary, illegal, against the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and unconstitutional and consequentially direct the 2nd respondent not to summon or arrest the petitioner and not to interfere in the transactions between the petitioner and respondents nos.3 to 6 and pass.”
2. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the respondent No.6, the police have registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.434 of 2021 of Patamata Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 509 IPC. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
