This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents No. 2 and 3 registering an FIR, completing the investigation and filling of Charge Sheet against the complaint lodged by the petitioners dated 24-03-2024 of Chilakaluripet Rural Police Station as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents No. 2 and 3 to register an FIR,

complete the investigation and file charge Sheet in a fixed time frame.”
2. Sri P.Sravan Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Police are not taking any action on the complaint given by the Petitioners.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the contents of the complaint given by the Petitioners are false, as such, the Police have not registered any case based on the said complaint.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
