The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 22.3.2025 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration) Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur in Appeal No. 2150 of 2019 (Computerized Case No. C201905000002159 (Iqbal versus Ram Ji and others) under section 333 U.P.Z.Α & L.R. Act 1950. (Annexure No. 7 to this writ petition)" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6. This order has been passed in presence of Sri S.N.
