1. The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking benefit of pay fixation on the post of Hindi Teacher for the service rendered by the petitioner on 89 days basis prior to his appointment in the Department in the year 1997.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner's case for pay fixation was kept pending to await decision in some matters, including CWP No. 12050-2015 titled as Naveen Bala and others v. State of Haryana and others, as apparent from letter dated 24.05.2021. The matter has now been decided vide judgment, dated 17.05.2022, Annexure P-13, against which appeal filed by the State has also been dismissed by the Division Bench vide order, dated 01.10.2024, passed in LPA No.2423-2024, Annexure P-14. Accordingly, the petitioner's case is required to be considered in terms of the law laid down. At this stage, he will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide his pending legal notice, dated 20.01.2025, Annexure P-26, in a specified period. Ms.Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State, and submits that the pending legal notice, dated 20.01.2025, will be decided by the second respondent-Director, Elementary Education, Haryana, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within three months.
5. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
6. Ordered accordingly.
