Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned ASGI for the respondent No.1 and Sri K.D. Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents No.2 & 3. 2. This Court on 02.05.2025 has passed the following order:- "Grievance is that though petitioner has instituted claim in respect of plot in question under the Scheduled Tribes and Others Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006, but the matter is kept pending without any action taken by the authorities. Learned State Counsel prays for and is allowed 10 days time to obtain instructions in the matter. List again, as fresh, on 15.5.2025." 3. Sri K.D. Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on instructions states that the representation of the petitioners has been considered and has been rejected by the competent authority but he does not have the copy of the order rejecting the representation of the petitioners. 4. Since the petitioners' representation has been rejected by the competent authority, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy under law against the order passed by the respondent No.2-Collector, Sonbhadra.
