1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:
“It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and set-aside the impugned order dated 30.11.2019 passed by 4th Additional Sessions Judge Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) in Criminal Revision No. 649/2019 and further be pleased to allowing the application and permit the petitioners to reexamine the respondent/complainant, in the interest of justice.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Revision No.649/2019, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide
order dated 08.12.2021.
3. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Sd/-
