By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 11.07.2025. The relevant portion of the order is reproduced herein below: “In light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it cannot be said that there was any suppression of fact on the part of the petitioner, therefore, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for issuance of passport afresh in accordance with law. Let the needful be done within a period of one month from the date copy of this order is made available to the respondent.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the passport has been issued in favour of the petitioner. He has produced copy of the communication dated 24.02.2026 of Passport Officer, Srinagar, which indicates that passport has been issued in favour of the petitioner upon receipt of the PVR from ADG, J&K CID. Copy of the communicated dated 24.02.2026 is taken on record. 3. In terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, as well as taking into account the communication dated 24.02.2026, respondent has implemented the order dated 11.07.2025 in its letter and spirit. 4.
