2. The present petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers :
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to allow the application by making an
order to quash the crime no. 857/2025 dated 03.09.2025 for offence u/s 74 of the BNS Act. 2023 & 8 of POCSO Act. 2012 pending before police station Kota as crime no. 857/2025 and discharge from the case to the applicant.”
3. I.A. No. 02/2025 has been filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition on the ground that he does not want to press the present petition due to some personal difficulties.
4. Accordingly, I.A. No. 02/2025 is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty.
