The present revision under Section 102 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 has been preferred by the revisionist- Xyz- Minor, against the order dated 29.08.2023 passed by Special Judge (POCSO Act) / Additional District and Session Judge, Aligarh in Criminal Appeal No. 136 / 2023 as well as order dated 26.05.2023 passed by Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, Aligarh, in Misc. Case No. 110 of 2023, arising out of Case No. 162 of 2023, under Sections 307, 504, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Akrabad, District Aligarh. 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that since trial in the matter has concluded and as such the present revision has become infructuous. 5.
