Smt. Mukta Agrawal) pending before learned Family Court, Raigarh, CG. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was filed before the learned Family Court (Camp Court), Katghora, District Korba, CG which subsequently transferred to learned Family Court, Raigarh, CG. Therefore, he prays that the learned Family Court, Raigarh, CG may kindly be directed to conclude and decide the civil suit expeditiously within the stipulated time. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the civil suit was pending for more than five years and it is expected that the learned Family Court, Raigarh shall expedite the trial and conclude the same within a reasonable period of time preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of this copy subject to co- operation of the parties. 4.
