GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.30580 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in preventing encroachments and protecting the remaining Ac.4.00 cents of grazing land in Survey No. 850/1 of Korlakunta Village, Chennarajupodu Gram Panchayat, Obulavaripalli Mandal, Annamayya District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the binding order dated 20.03.2021 passed in WP (PIL) No. 206 of 2020 and consequently direct respondent No. 2 - District Collector, Annamayya District to forthwith remove the unauthorized constructions or encroachments from the said land. 2. Based on the above prayer, the Court made a query with regard to the encroached persons, who encroached the said land and the mode of encroachment. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to place any material with regard to the encroachers list or the mode of encroachment and he further pleaded that it is the bounden duty of the Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to verify and pass orders. In the said 4 circumstances, as the petitioner is unable to place any material to show the encroachments, the writ petition is seems to be filed to settle the disputes in the village. 3. In view of the above, as the petitioner is not inclined to implead the effected persons, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
