Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T Case No.288 of 2024, arising out of Chaibasa Muffasil P.S Case No.44/2024, corresponding to G.R Case No 162/2024 registered under sections, 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. On 29.02.2024 at 06:00 A.M., the husband of the informant went missing. On 01.03.2024, his dead body was recovered from a place near Tongri Main Road. The neck of the deceased was slit by sharp cutting weapon. During the course of investigation, the petitioner along with the co-accused persons were apprehended and, on their confession, the hexa blade, which was used in committing the murder of the deceased was recovered.
