ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue appropriate Writ, Order or any other order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not providing protection to the petitioners’ and not considering the petitioners’ representations for police protection as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the well settled principles of natural justice…”
2. Heard Sri G.Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and Sri S.Sai Sanjay, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the present petition is filed seeking a direction to the Police to protect the petitioners’ property, i.e., Petrol Bunk, from unnecessary interference by a third party without any manner of right.
4. As can be seen from the record, no interim order passed so far. It appears cause of action for the present does not survive.
5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy as and when required. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
