Learned APP for the State has raised no objection. 3. However, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the trial may be expedited. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the appellant is permitted to withdraw this Criminal Appeal. 5. Thus, Cr. Appeal No.145 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. However, the learned Court below is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible preferably within six months from today from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7. In the meantime, learned Court below is directed to provide interim compensation to the Victim/her Guardian, if not provided so far. 8. The Deputy Commissioner, Godda and the Superintendent of Police, Godda shall ensure proper rehabilitation of the Victim girl in the light of the guidelines issued by the Government of India and the State Government and the Victim girl may be 2025:JHHC:17405 2 given all the better educational facilities by the State Authorities. 9. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Deputy Commissioner, Godda and the Superintendent of Police, Godda by FAX and be also handed over to the learned APP for the needful. (Sanjay Prasad, J.)
