G V S KISHORE KUMAR The Court made the following order: The above writ petition was filed impugning the memo issued by the 2nd respondent rejecting the claim of the petitioner to treat the period of suspension i.e., from 01.09.2006 to 21.02.2010, as on duty, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The writ petition was admitted on 27.02.2013. Thereafter, it was listed on 14.11.2025. Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition was adjourned to 21.11.2025 to list under the caption “for dismissal”. On 21.11.2025, as there was no representation, the writ petition was adjourned to 28.11.2025. Even on 28.11.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. To give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed today. 3 3. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. 4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
