With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ or direction, directing the respondent authorities to provide the documents enabling them to execute the registered sale deed with respect to land situated at Village Kosamnara, Tahsil and District Raigarh as per Annexure P/4 within short span of time as this Hon’ble Court deems fit. 10.2 Any other relief (s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of this case may also be allowed." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition may be disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 – Collector, Raigarh to decide application made by the petitioner Annexure P-6 dated 18.08.2025 within stipulated time. 4. Learned State counsel contended that she has no objection on the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels for the respective parties, instead of keeping this petition 3 pending, respondent no. 2 – Collector, Raigarh, District Raigarh is directed to decide the application made by the petitioner on 18.08.2025 (Annexure P/6), in accordance with law, rules and regulations, expeditiously preferably within a period of ‘45 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
