The Petitioner was initially appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher and after several years of service he was promoted as Primary School Head Master (Telugu) on 07.06.2025 and posted to Mandal Parishad School, Gollapalli, Tripuranthakam, Prakasam District. On account of health issues, the Petitioner had submitted a representation dated 13.08.2025 seeking reversion to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) on medical grounds. In support of his contention, the Petitioner filed medical records issued by Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad and other Hospitals. As the representation dated 13.03.2025 has not been considered by the respondents, the present Writ Petition came to be filed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Respondents would submit that the representation of the Petitioner dated 13.08.2025 would be considered by the Respondents and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. 4. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner for reversion to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) on medical grounds and post him at a suitable place on humanitarian grounds as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from today.
