Whereby the writ petition filed by employer challenging the award passed by Controlling Authority came to be dismissed. Perusal of writ petition would show that application for recovery has already been filed and Tehsildar has issued memo for recovery of amount towards gratuity due to petitioner by way of revenue recovery proceedings and Kurki warrant is also forming part of the writ petition. 3.
