The authority, it is stated, was pleased to take cognizance and directed issuance of notice to file objections and the matter has been posted for hearing on 19.11.2025. 2 5. Be that as it may, there appears to be no delay in the manner in which the authority is proceeding to deal with the matter. We find no reason to issue any directions. 6.
