ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition.
2. Memo reads thus;
“Herein the petitioner advocate filed memo for withdraw on behalf of petitioners is as under.
That, the present petitioners have filed this petition for quashing the order passed by the J.M.F.C.VIII Belagavi in C.C.No.197/2024 dated 13.02.2024 by taking cognizance for the offence punishable under section 138 of N.I.Act against the accused/petitioners herein. The petitioners are urged some grounds in this petition including maintainability of the criminal case itself is not maintainable under section 141 and 142[2][b] and others sections. Now the petitioners are came to conclusion that the petitioners are ready to withdraw this criminal petition and urge all these grounds by moving a appropriate application before the trial court. Hence this Hon’ble court may please to permit the petitioners to withdraw this criminal petition by accepting this memo in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. In view of the memo, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
