Present applicant is praying for regular bail in relation to First Information Report dated 17.08.2023 bearing FIR No. 289 of 2023, Police Station – Kichha, District – Udham Singh Nagar wherein present applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 377, 506 IPC and under Section 5 / 6 of the POCSO Act. 4. As per prosecution case, at the time of incident, victim was aged about 8 years and the applicant was 26 years old and there are multiple injuries on the body of the victim. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is languishing since 18.08.2023 and trial is at the concluding stage and the matter is fixed for final arguments. 6. Learned State Counsel submits that since trial is at the concluding stage, therefore, applicant should not be enlarged on bail. 7. After hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that applicant does not deserves for bail, at this stage. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
