ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents, more particularly the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in interfering and threatening to dispossess the Petitioners with respect to their subject lands admeasuring an extent of Ac 1.82 cents under Sy.No.301, Ac.3.76 cents under Sy.No.332, Ac.1.10 cents under Sy.No.366 and Ac.0.04 cents under Sy.No.308 of Rekulakunta Village, B.Mattam Mandal, Kadapa District respectively without following due process of law and especially during pendency of civil suits in respect of the subject property as being illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 not to interfere with peaceful possession of the subject lands admeasuring an extent of Ac.1.82cents under Sy.No.301, Ac.3.76cents under Sy.No.332, Ac.1.10 cents under Sy.No.366 and Ac.0.04cents under Sy.No.308 of Rekulakunta Village, B.Mattam Mandal Kadapa District by the Petitioners without following the due process of law and pass.”
2. Heard Sri N.Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a case in Crime No.129 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1) and 351(3) read with 3(5) of BNS has been registered against 5th

petitioner and others. Except that, the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. The police are further directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
