This is an office reference. 2. This Court, vide order dated 03.04.2024 passed in Cr.A. No. 576/2024, while dismissing the said appeal, had the trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6 months, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. The learned Special Judge (NIA Act), Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 04.09.2025 has requested for grant some more time for concluding the trial of Special Case (NIA Act) No. 25 of 2024 (State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Raju Banjare and Others). 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in the present case, all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and on 11/08/2025, the case is fixed for examination of the accused persons but the accused- Raju Banjare has been absconded, then the arrest warrant has been issued against him, but the accused- Raju Banjare is yet be arrested and therefore, the conclusion of the trial may take some more time. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. As requested, further 2 months time is granted for disposal of the said case. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within the stipulated period. 6. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7. Registry is directed to sent a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance.
