Mr. Ravi Bisht, Advocate for the petitioner. 2. This Contempt Petition has filed alleging disobedience of final order dated 04.10.2024, passed by Division Bench in Special Appeal No. 331 of 2024. By the said order, Division Bench had directed that respondents shall not deploy any person, who is unauthorizedly registered as PRD Jawan. 3. Petitioner alleges that the order passed by Division Bench is violated, however, in paragraph no. 8 of the Contempt Petition, it is averred that 32 persons have been identified for providing re-training. 4. It is not a case of wilful disobedience, as Division Bench has not restrained the authorities from imparting training to any person.
