Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. 3. The learned Government Pleader submitted that, the 5th respondent has summoned the petitioner to the police station only to enquire into the complaint that was filed by the 6th respondent. However, it was learnt that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.
