This writ petition has been field by the petitioners for seeking direction to respondent authorities to grant the benefits of time pay scale as per circular dated 28.04.2008 (Annexure P/2) with arrears and interest. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent authorities is not granting time pay scale to the 4 petitioners pursuant to the direction/circular issued by the Finance Department, Government of Chhattisgarh on 28.04.2008 despite entitlement, therefore, they may be allowed to make representation before the respondent/competent authority. 4. Be that as it may, the petitioners are allowed to file a comprehensive representation along with copy of this order and other relevant documents before respondent No.5/competent authority for redressal of their grievance within three weeks from today, and, in turn, the respondent No.5/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioners on its own merit strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of receipt of the said representation. 5.
